This self-assessment helps you reflect on your confidence in responding to Awaab’s Law duties in a housing role. It focuses on safe, timely and appropriate action when hazards are reported or found, including damp and mould. It does not confirm competence. It does not replace formal training, supervision, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. If you score below 3 on average, or score 1 or 2 on any statement, review the relevant learning and discuss your development needs with your manager or supervisor.
