Employers will need the certificate reference number and then visit https://carelearning.org.uk/verify to verify a Care Learning certificate. Learners can access their certificates for completed courses when logged in to their learner dashboard.
If you are an employer and want to verify, please double check the certificate has our logo (as shown in the top left on our website) as they may have been issued by a different website with the same or similar name to us.
We do not accept requests for verification of certificates through email or requests for references.
Yes. Care Learning uses an online learning management system to deliver courses, record learner progress and completions, manage assessments and provide access to certificates.
Learners access the LMS through their Care Learning account. Managers with group-leader access can also use it to organise learners, assign courses and review completion records.
Using an LMS does not mean that our courses are currently available as downloadable SCORM packages for use on other systems.
No. Care Learning does not currently provide SCORM course packages for organisations to download or import into another learning management system.
SCORM availability may be considered in the future, but we cannot currently confirm a launch date or guarantee that it will become available.
If you would like to be notified about future SCORM availability, email info@carelearning.org.uk and ask to receive an update.se free of charge does not prevent a learner from raising a complaint or affect any legal rights that apply.
The manager, employer or training co-ordinator is responsible for deciding whether a Care Learning course is suitable for their team.
Before assigning a course, we recommend that the responsible manager completes or reviews the course themselves. They should consider:
- whether the content is relevant to each learner’s role and responsibilities;
- whether it reflects the organisation’s current policies and procedures;
- whether it meets any employer, contractual, regulatory or legal requirements;
- whether additional practical training, supervision or competency assessment is required; and
- whether the course and certificate will be accepted for the intended purpose.
Care Learning cannot make this decision on behalf of an employer or guarantee that a course will satisfy an organisation’s mandatory training requirements. Our courses support knowledge and awareness and do not replace workplace-specific training, practical instruction or assessed competence.
Managers and training co-ordinators can request free Group Leader access. This allows them to select courses, organise learners into teams, send reminders and review completion records.
Care Learning does not currently provide telephone support. Please contact us by email or through the relevant online form. We normally aim to respond within five working days.

Care Learning displays advertising supplied by third-party advertisers through Ezoic. An advert may promote a paid product, subscription or service, or take you to another organisation’s website.
A payment requested by a third-party advert is not a payment for your Care Learning account or free courses. Care Learning does not request or collect the payment details you provide directly to an advertiser.
Before purchasing anything from an advertiser, check:
- who is selling the product or service;
- the price and any recurring charges;
- the advertiser’s terms, cancellation arrangements and privacy information; and
- that you intended to leave Care Learning and make a separate purchase.
If an advert or pop-up appears to impersonate Care Learning, asks for unexpected payment details or looks suspicious, close it and report it to us without entering any information.
