This self-assessment helps you reflect on your confidence in coaching and mentoring staff. It is for senior workers and managers in UK workplaces, including care, health, early years, housing, and other settings. It helps identify learning needs and areas to discuss in supervision. It does not confirm competence and does not replace formal training, supervision, observation of practice, employer checks, professional judgement, or local policy.
