Community safety partnership working

This self-assessment helps you reflect on your confidence in community safety partnership working. It is for housing staff who work with anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood safety, safeguarding partners and local community safety arrangements. It helps identify learning needs and areas to discuss in supervision. It does not confirm competence and does not replace formal training, supervision, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. This is a critical risk area. If you score 1 or 2 on any statement, treat this as a priority learning need. Follow your employer policy and speak with your manager, safeguarding lead or relevant designated lead before carrying out related tasks independently.
