This foundation self-assessment helps you reflect on your confidence in equality, diversity and inclusion at work. It is suitable for UK learners in care, health, early years, housing and other workplace settings. It helps identify learning needs and areas to discuss in supervision. It does not confirm competence and does not replace formal training, supervision, observation of practice, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. If you score below 3 on average, or score 1 or 2 on any statement, review the relevant learning and discuss your development needs with your manager, supervisor or learning lead.
