It can help you spot learning needs and agree one practical development step in supervision. It does not confirm competence. It does not replace formal training, supervision, observed practice, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. Use your employer’s oral health policy and speak to a manager, supervisor or relevant lead if you are unsure.
