Reflective practice and learning from feedback

This self-assessment helps you think about your confidence in reflective practice and learning from feedback. It is for all roles and all sectors. It helps identify learning needs and areas to discuss in supervision. It does not confirm competence. It does not replace formal training, supervision, observation of practice, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. If your average score is below 3, or if you score 1 or 2 on any statement, review the relevant learning, practise safely within your role, and discuss your development needs with your manager, supervisor or appropriate lead.
