Supervising frontline workers

This self-assessment helps you reflect on your confidence in supervising frontline workers. It can help you spot learning needs and areas to discuss in supervision. It does not prove competence. It does not replace formal training, workplace supervision, observation of practice, employer checks, professional judgement or local policy. If you score below 3 on average, or score 1 or 2 on any statement, review the relevant learning and discuss your development needs with your manager or supervisor.
