How do I manage my organisation?

You can access the group management at https://carelearning.org.uk/group/management/ or through your group leader dashboard.

What is an organisation?

• An organisation is the parent of your teams – you can have multiple teams in an organisation. Think of the organisation as specific locations or different companies all part of a group. You can request additional organisations to be setup by us.

What is a team?

• A team is the child of your organisation – you can setup add multiple teams yourself as a group leader.

What is a team member and team leader?

• A team leader manages the team members
• Team members are the learners completing the courses. They do not have access to reporting or management.
• You can assign team leaders so they can add team members. A team member cannot edit the organisation but they can add team members.
